All referral submitted must be by a referring hospital, social worker, or community service or outreach organization. We make every effort to meet your needs, but please note our housing is provided based on availability in our homes. Once the intake application is reviewed and processed, we will then notify you when your application has been approved and we have confirmed housing is available to suit your needs.
